2/13/2012 - BARKSDALE AIR FORCE BASE, La. - Tech. Sgt. Clayton Tebbetts, 2nd Security Forces Squadron Military Working Dog kennel master, shows Lt. Gen. Jim Kowalski, Air Force Global Strike Command commander, photos of old Barksdale Air Force Base kennels. Recently, the 2nd SFS received a new facility for MWDs and their handlers. The new facility is equipped with heated and cooled floors, keeping the dogs warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. Kowalski visited the wing Feb. 3.
