Strengthens community health by providing surveillance, mitigation, and response to occupational and environmental health risks, CBRN hazards, and vulnerabilities
Conducts Flight Physicals; manages PHA program and Occupational Medicine; processes retraining, overseas, PME, and Palace Chase/Palace Front medical clearances; coordinates Separation History and Physical Exam process; GSU Support for Greenville and Fort Polk.
Empowers individuals and organizations to adopt sustainable strategies toward mishap prevention and leading healthy lifestyles; educates members on topics such as fatigue countermeasures, shift work, fitness, nutrition, exercise, vision, spatial disorientation, airsickness, and hypoxia recognition.
Oversees readiness/deployment capabilities for 370 medical personnel, 5 UTCs, and 15 disaster teams; manages MTF’s HSMR/WRM equipment packages.
Comprised of Mental Health, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment (ADAPT), and Family Advocacy elements.
Provides comprehensive eye care and optimal vision performance, enabling mission success.
Directs medical deployment processing; prevents diseases and non-battle injuries through aggressive force health management and community health initiatives.
Provides healthcare for Active Duty population (PRAP and non-FLY); manages acute/chronic illness; orders & interprets testing; devises plan of care/directs specialty referrals; performs same day fit-for-duty determinations for PRAP and AUoF personnel.
