Utilities Airmen lay pipe, replace lift station

Airman 1st Class Jefferson Bowler, 2nd Civil Engineer Squadron water and fuel system maintenance apprentice, is lowered underground to install a bypass system so that base plumbing will function normally during maintenance on Barksdale Air Force Base, Sept. 17, 2013.
