Vice Chief of Staff warm welcome

BARKSDALE AIR FORCE BASE, La. - Vice Chief of Staff of the Air Force, Gen. William Fraser, hugs his grandchildren, Olivia and Jack, upon his arrival here, Oct. 10. General Fraser was the 41st Commander of the 2d Bomb Wing from May 1999 to December 2000. General Fraser's visit was prompted when he was invited to be the guest speaker of the Eighth Air Force dining-in.
