Miniature Air-Launched Decoy
Barksdale AFB, La. – Senior Airman James Hudson, 917th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron assists in moving of a Miniature Air-Launched Decoy during the equipment load Nov. 19. The missile has folded wings to allow more compact carriage. The wings unfold and a TJ-50 turbojet propels the missle on a pre-determined course composed of up to 100 different waypoints.
