Hap House holiday party
Hap House program director James Williams hands out prizes during the Hap House holiday party on Barksdale Air Force Base, La., Dec. 9. Established in 1976, the Hap House is a non-profit organization on Barksdale providing more than 80 mentally and physically disabled adults the opportunity to earn a pay check.
