BARKSDALE AIR FORCE BASE, La. -- Mrs. Cheryl Williams, Barksdale's Pedals and Blooms Flower florist designer, prepares a floral arrangement Feb. 15. Although the Floral shop prepared more than 300 arrangements for Valentine's Day the orders are still continuing to come in. Valentine's Day is one of the busiest days for the shop.
