Circulation Clerk Catherine Lanham checks out several books and movies for a family at the Base Library located on Barksdale Air Force Base, La., April 25. The library has more than 40,000 books and 1,200 movies available to check-out for all base personnel, their dependants and local retirees. The library is open Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 a.m. and is closed on Sundays and holidays.
