Paintball players take cover behind a barrier on Barksdale Air Force Base, La., April 15. Players are given the option to play several different game types such as elimination, president and capture the flag. Elimination is a team-based game in which each team must attempt to shoot all of the opposing team's players. President is when one team is assigned to protect an individual while the other team tries to eliminate the protected individual. As of April 7, the paintball fields will be open Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. until one hour before dusk.  The field fee for military members and their dependents on Saturday is $10 and is free on Sundays. Non-military members must pay a field fee of $15 on Saturday and $10 on Sunday.
