9/27/2012 - Airman 1st Class Erik Merrill, 2nd Operations Support Squadron aircrew flight equipment journeyman, packs a deceleration parachute on Barksdale Air Force Base, La., Sept. 27. The parachute is deployed to assist in the braking of the B-52H Stratofortress upon landing.
