Domestic Abuse Victim Advocate

June 1, 2015 PRINT | E-MAIL
Domestic Violence is an issue of increasing concern because of its negative effect on all family members, especially children.

Abuse can happen to a woman--or man of any race, ethnicity, age, income, religion or sexual orientation. If you're being abused or are worried about someone you know, there's help. Abuse is about POWER AND CONTROL. It's not part of a loving relationship.

Everyone has the right to feel safe within his/her home and relationship.
